Requires the California Department of Education to designate a Dual Language Immersion Coordinator by July 1, 2027, to help local educational agencies share resources and knowledge on dual language immersion programs

The Coordinator will serve as the primary contact point for school districts, charter schools, and county offices of education seeking to establish new or expand existing dual language immersion programs

Mandates creation of an online directory of all operative dual language immersion programs by January 1, 2028, including school sites, partner languages offered, program models, and contact information

Builds on the existing $10 million Dual Language Immersion Grant Program established in 2021-22, which provides grants of up to $380,000 to expand access to dual language learning

Requires state reimbursement to local agencies if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill imposes mandated costs
