Extends the sunset date for liability protections for foster family agencies (FFAs) and noncustodial adoption agencies from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2030

Maintains existing law that FFAs contracting with public entities for foster youth services are liable only for their own negligence, not for injuries caused by the public entity

Preserves the requirement that FFAs and public entities each bear their own insurance and defense costs for claims arising from their respective acts and omissions

Continues to void and make unenforceable any contract provisions requiring FFAs to indemnify public entities beyond the FFA's own negligence
