Authorizes Medi-Cal managed care plans to continue covering community supports (such as housing transition navigation services and medically supportive food/nutrition services) beginning January 1, 2027, as part of a CalAIM successor program

Requires community supports to be approved by the Department of Health Care Services as cost effective and medically appropriate, and offered in lieu of applicable Medi-Cal state plan services

Conditions continued coverage on the availability of federal financial participation (federal Medicaid funding)

Changes the department's public reporting requirement on community supports utilization data, populations served, and demographics from annual to quarterly

Requires the department to provide ongoing technical assistance to Medi-Cal managed care plans and community supports providers to improve service delivery
