Expands Medi-Cal provider enrollment requirements to include nonprofit public benefit corporations that have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and provide nonspecialty mental health services

Requires these nonprofit organizations to enroll as either individual providers or rendering providers within a provider group, following the same procedures as licensed healthcare professionals and professional corporations

Allows enrolled providers who render services at multiple locations (health facilities, clinics, patient residences, or physician offices) to bill Medi-Cal using a single business address without enrolling separately at each location

Amends Section 14043.15 of the Welfare and Institutions Code by adding nonprofit public benefit corporations to the existing list of provider types subject to Medi-Cal enrollment procedures
