Amends Section 214.18 of the Revenue and Taxation Code regarding property tax welfare exemptions for community land trusts

Makes a nonsubstantive (technical) change only, removing the word "shall" from one provision about definitions that apply to the section

Does not alter the existing welfare exemption requirements for community land trust properties used for affordable housing development, including owner-occupied single-family dwellings, multifamily units, limited equity housing cooperatives, and rental housing developments

Maintains the current January 1, 2027 sunset date for the community land trust welfare exemption provisions
