Defines a multiservice health club studio as one offering three or more specified amenities: digital platform services, individualized training, fitness instructor training, group fitness classes, coworking space, childcare, swimming pool, steam room, laundry services, or onsite food and beverage

Amends Civil Code Section 1812.86 to create a carve-out allowing premium fitness facilities to charge higher membership fees without the consumer protection payment limits
