Extends the revival window for sexual assault claims that were previously time-barred, allowing claims barred before January 1, 2026 to be filed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027

Revives claims against entities when the plaintiff alleges sexual assault, that one or more entities or persons (including the perpetrator) are legally responsible, and that an entity engaged in a cover up of previous sexual assault instances or allegations

Separately revives claims directly against the perpetrator of sexual assault without requiring proof of a cover up by an entity

Exempts public entities from these revival provisions and specifies that public entities have no duty to indemnify perpetrators or other persons in such claims

Defines "cover up" as a concerted effort to hide evidence of sexual assault, including through nondisclosure or confidentiality agreements, that prevents information from becoming public or being disclosed to the plaintiff
