Authorizes the Department of Conservation, Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, and Wildlife Conservation Board to directly award regional landscape grants to regional entities for implementing wildfire resilience and forest health strategies

Requires guidelines for regional landscape grant funding to be established by July 1, 2027, in collaboration with the Wildfire and Forest Resilience Task Force

Expands eligible activities under the local assistance grant program to include ignition prevention, vegetation modification, and replacement of ignition-prone nonnative "flashy fuels" with less flammable native vegetation

Broadens landscape-scale project funding to include ecosystem health improvements on chaparral, shrubland, grassland, and coastal sage scrub lands, not just forests

Renames the Forest Health Program to the "Ecosystem Health Program" to reflect the expanded scope beyond forested lands
