Districts with over 60,000 FTES: compensation cap rises from $1,500 to $4,500 per month

Districts with 25,001-60,000 FTES: cap increases from $750 to $3,000; districts with 10,001-25,000 FTES: cap increases from $400 to $2,000

Districts with 1,001-10,000 FTES: cap rises from $240 to $1,200; districts with 151-1,000 FTES: cap rises from $120 to $600

Retains existing provisions allowing boards to approve additional 5% annual increases and pro-rata payment for members who miss some meetings
