Enacts the "AI for Main Street Act" requiring California's Small Business Advocate to assist small businesses in evaluating and implementing artificial intelligence in their operations

Mandates the Small Business Advocate provide information, guidance, and training on AI use, best practices, data and intellectual property protection, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and customer trust

Requires development of training materials specifically for incorporating artificial intelligence into small business operations

Directs the Small Business Advocate to conduct outreach to small businesses regarding AI use to the extent practical
