Requires schools, school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools to notify pupils and parents/guardians at least twice per school year about how to access available mental health services on campus or in the community

Schools must use at least two notification methods for parents, including: electronic or hardcopy letters, parent handbook information, or posting on school website/social media

Counties may use Mental Health Services Act (Proposition 63) funds to provide grants to schools for these notification activities
