Increases educational requirements for acupuncture licensure effective January 1, 2032, requiring a doctoral degree in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine with at least 3,300 hours of training (up from 3,000 hours), including 2,220 didactic/laboratory hours and 1,080 supervised clinical hours

Prohibits use of the title "licensed acupuncturist" or abbreviation "LAc" unless the person holds a valid, unrevoked, and unsuspended license from the Acupuncture Board

Restricts use of "Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine" or "D.A.H.M." to those with appropriate licenses or doctoral degrees from accredited institutions, making unauthorized use unprofessional conduct

Grandfathers existing licensees who obtained their license before January 1, 2032 under the previous 3,000-hour educational requirements

Maintains existing licensing requirements including minimum age of 18, passing a written examination, completing a clinical internship of up to nine months, and meeting character standards
