Extends the State Bar of California's authority to charge annual license fees of up to $400 for active attorneys and up to $100 for inactive attorneys through 2027

Requires the State Bar to allow attorneys to file for inactive status through December 31 of the calendar year prior to becoming inactive

Inactive licensees age 70 and older remain exempt from paying the annual inactive license fee

All provisions in this bill automatically repeal on January 1, 2028
