Requires school districts and public administrators to provide elections officials with adequate space for both voting operations and storage of associated supplies when buildings are used as polling places or vote centers

Mandates district administrators make accessible parking spaces and curbside parking for assisting voters available upon request by elections officials, in addition to existing requirements for free parking for poll workers and voters

Applies to public buildings owned by local government agencies, University of California, California State University, and community college districts

Allows governing bodies to keep schools in session, designate staff training days, or close schools when buildings are used for voting beginning up to 10 days before an election through election day
