Expands the list of Medi-Cal providers eligible to conduct and receive payment for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) trauma screenings to include community-based organizations, local health jurisdictions providing services through community health workers, and doulas

Requires these newly authorized providers to make clinical or other appropriate referrals based on screening results as a condition of receiving payment for ACEs trauma screenings

Directs the Department of Health Care Services to file a state plan amendment and obtain any necessary federal approvals, with implementation contingent on federal approval and availability of federal financial participation

Mandates updates to the department's website and the ACEs Aware website to reflect the expanded list of qualified providers

Authorizes the department to implement these provisions through provider manuals, bulletins, policy letters, or similar instructions without formal regulatory action
