Requires each groundwater sustainability agency to publish an electronic link on its website to the Fair Political Practices Commission's website where statements of economic interests filed by board members and executives can be viewed

Applies to agencies managing high- or medium-priority groundwater basins under the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act

Does not require an appropriation and has no fiscal impact on the state
