Makes it unlawful to use or distribute a common pricing algorithm as part of a contract, trust, or conspiracy to restrain trade under California's Cartwright Act

Prohibits coercing another person to adopt prices or commercial terms recommended by a common pricing algorithm for similar products or services in California

Defines "common pricing algorithm" as any methodology, including software, used by two or more persons that uses competitor data to recommend, set, or influence prices or commercial terms

Lowers the pleading standard for Cartwright Act complaints, requiring only factual allegations showing a plausible restraint of trade without needing to exclude the possibility of independent action
