Requires an external financial audit of each California State University campus at least once every 3 years

Mandates that all audits of CSU or any of its campuses be made available to the public

Applies public disclosure requirement to both internal audits conducted by university staff and external financial audits

Supplements existing law that requires CSU internal audit staff to perform audits at least once every 5 years
