Requires the Department of Health Care Access and Information to work with the Medical Board of California, Osteopathic Medical Board of California, and state higher education entities to assess physicians' education and training on menopause diagnosis and management

Mandates assessment of practice patterns in menopause diagnosis and treatment by specialty, region, sex, race/ethnicity, medical practice setting, and experience level

Requires the department to submit a report to the Legislature by January 1, 2027, identifying gaps in medical education and training related to menopause

Report must include recommendations for state policy to improve menopause-related education and training and health outcomes for people experiencing menopause
