Extends existing firearm relinquishment procedures to juveniles who are adjudged wards of juvenile court for serious or violent offenses and prohibited from possessing firearms until age 30

Requires these juveniles to relinquish firearms within 48 hours if out of custody or within 14 days if in custody following adjudication, using a Prohibited Persons Relinquishment Form

Authorizes search warrants to be issued for firearms owned or possessed by juveniles subject to the prohibition until age 30 when a court finds they have failed to relinquish firearms as required by law

Assigns probation officers to investigate whether prohibited juveniles own firearms and verify proper relinquishment through the Automated Firearms System

Makes failure to timely file the Prohibited Persons Relinquishment Form an infraction punishable by a fine up to $100
