Authorizes San Bernardino County to dispose of up to 4.2 acres of Glen Helen Regional Park property, including land acquired with state grant funds under the Roberti-Z'Berg-Harris Urban Open-Space and Recreation Program Act

Requires the county to acquire replacement park property of equal or greater recreational value, approved by the Department of Parks and Recreation, at no cost to the state or county

Mandates the county submit independent appraisals, preliminary and final title reports, environmental site assessments, and feasibility studies to the Department of Parks and Recreation by specified deadlines between July 2026 and July 2028

Replacement property must be of comparable recreational and open-space characteristics, equal or greater size, accessible to the same general population, and include equivalent replacement facilities

The chapter becomes inoperative on January 1, 2029, if the county has not acquired the approved replacement park property by that date
