Amends the Nevaeh Youth Sports Safety Act to require youth sports organizations to provide athletes access to an automated external defibrillator (AED) during official practices or matches at locations where an AED already exists or at public/private facilities with permanent sports infrastructure

Defines "permanent sports infrastructure" as fixed, nontemporary facilities or structures designed and maintained for hosting organized sports activities

Requires public or private local facilities with permanent sports infrastructure used for youth sports to procure, maintain, and ensure youth sports organizations have access to the AED

Mandates that AEDs must be administered by a medical professional, coach, or designated person with AED certification who complies with federal and state law requirements

Effective date for compliance remains January 1, 2027
