Requires the Department of Health Care Services to annually analyze the community health worker (CHW) services benefit under Medi-Cal, with the first analysis due July 1, 2027

Mandates the analysis be submitted to the Legislature and published on the department's website

Analysis must assess outreach and education efforts by each Medi-Cal managed care plan regarding CHW services

Requires evaluation of CHW benefit utilization including service frequency, number of eligible beneficiaries, referrals by provider type, number of CHWs by employer type, and workforce demand estimates

Mandates demographic disaggregation of both CHWs providing services and beneficiaries receiving services by geographic region, race, ethnicity, language, age, and managed care plan, along with data on total Medi-Cal reimbursements for CHW services
