Requires homeowners selling a mobilehome that will remain in the park to provide a copy of the Manufactured Home and Mobilehome Transfer Disclosure Statement to park management upon written request

Protects mobilehome occupants from being considered "unlawful occupants" subject to eviction proceedings if park management failed to timely respond to their tenancy application within the 15-day deadline
