Tolls the statute of limitations for sexual assault claims against public entities or employees for the entire duration a claimant is imprisoned, and exempts such claims from government claim presentation requirements

Requires mandatory termination of Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation employees confirmed to have sexually abused an incarcerated person, with a permanent ban on future department employment

Mandates 90-day monitoring for possible retaliation of incarcerated persons who report sexual assault by staff members, as well as the person who made the report if different from the victim

Requires the department to notify an immediate family member within 24 hours of a sexual assault report upon the incarcerated person's request, and provide investigation updates within 48 hours

Prohibits transferring an incarcerated person who reported sexual assault to another facility without their written consent, unless their safety would be at risk
