Repeals the requirement that the California FAIR Plan Association file a new or amended rate application for basic property insurance with the Insurance Commissioner (originally required within 90 days after July 23, 2021)

Removes the mandate that the FAIR Plan's toll-free telephone number be published in all general distribution telephone directories in the state

Maintains the requirement for the FAIR Plan to operate a statewide toll-free telephone number and internet website for information and assistance with insurance applications

Updates terminology from "Internet Web site" to "internet website" and "his or her" to "their" for modernized language
