Prohibits school officials and employees from allowing immigration enforcement officers to enter nonpublic areas of schoolsites without a valid judicial warrant, judicial subpoena, or court order

Bars local educational agencies from disclosing pupil education records, personal information, or family/household information to immigration enforcement officers without parental consent or a valid judicial warrant, subpoena, or court order

Requires the Attorney General to update model policies on limiting immigration enforcement assistance at public schools by December 1, 2025, and requires local educational agencies to adopt updated policies by March 1, 2026

Defines "schoolsite" to include school campuses, areas of school-sponsored activities, and school buses or other school-provided transportation

Takes effect immediately as an urgency statute, citing the 133,000 undocumented students and 750,000 students with at least one undocumented parent enrolled in California public schools
