Lowers the reimbursement threshold for the Robert F. Kennedy Farm Workers Medical Plan from $70,000 to $50,000 per single episode of care for eligible employees or dependents

State Department of Health Care Services must annually reimburse the plan up to $3,000,000 per year for claim payments exceeding the $50,000 threshold

Reimbursement applies to claims for services provided on or after September 1, 2016

The plan must submit claims data annually, verified by an independent certified public accountant, covering the period from September 1 to August 31

Department must reimburse the plan within 60 days of receiving verified claims data; the provision expires January 1, 2031
