Requires the State Air Resources Board to include greenhouse gas emissions from wildlands and forest fires in its scoping plan for reducing statewide greenhouse gas emissions

Amends Section 38561 of the Health and Safety Code, which governs the state's climate planning under the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006

The scoping plan must be updated at least once every 5 years and aims to achieve maximum technologically feasible and cost-effective greenhouse gas emission reductions

Current law requires reducing statewide greenhouse gas emissions to at least 40% below the established limit by December 31, 2030
