Requires the Controller, by January 1, 2027, to develop and maintain an online search portal tracking all state funding for homelessness prevention and mental health programs

Portal must display funding amounts for the current fiscal year plus the previous 10 fiscal years, with clear comparisons showing differences in funding levels between years

Each program listing must include: program name, administering agency, mission/objective, distributed and appropriated amounts, contact information, and active/inactive dates

The Controller, State Department of Health Care Services, and California Interagency Council on Homelessness must each post links to the portal on their websites

Authorizes the Controller, Health Care Services, and the Council to request relevant information from any state agency or department to ensure accurate reporting
