Mandates that prosecutors make child pornography evidence reasonably available for inspection and examination at prosecutor offices, law enforcement facilities, or court facilities

Grants victims and their attorneys reasonable access to view child pornography evidence depicting them at designated facilities, with third-party privacy redactions permitted

Creates a state-mandated local program requiring reimbursement to local agencies if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill imposes state-mandated costs
