Extends the California State Board of Pharmacy's authority to continue waiving pharmacy law provisions from 90 days to 120 days following the termination of a declared federal, state, or local emergency

Waivers may be continued if the board determines they aid in protecting public health or providing patient care

Maintains existing authority for pharmacists to furnish dangerous drugs or devices without a prescription during emergencies in reasonable quantities

Preserves provisions allowing mobile pharmacies or clinics to operate in emergency-impacted areas under specified conditions, including common ownership with a licensed pharmacy and pharmacist supervision

Introduced by Assembly Member Ahrens; passed Assembly May 1, 2025 and Senate July 3, 2025; requires no appropriation
