Mandates disclosure of expenditure details including recipient name and address, amount, transaction type, department making the expenditure, program type, purpose, and items purchased for grants, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and investments

Requires the website to provide searchable and downloadable data formats, along with features allowing public users to submit feedback on the information's usefulness and suggest improvements

Requires initial data for fiscal year 2026-27 to be available by July 1, 2027, with monthly updates thereafter for the most recently completed month

Exempts confidential information and data otherwise protected from disclosure under state or federal law, and excludes individual person names from recipient disclosures
