Requires coverage for FDA-approved screening tests that meet federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services National Coverage Determination 210.3 requirements

Requires coverage for FDA-approved screening tests included in the most recently published American Cancer Society guidelines

Maintains existing coverage requirement for tests assigned a grade of A or B by the United States Preventive Services Task Force

Requires follow-up colonoscopies after a positive result on any qualifying screening test to also be covered without cost sharing
