Establishes the School Mapping Data Grant Program administered by the Office of Emergency Services to provide one-time grants to school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools for contracting with vendors that provide school mapping data to assist public safety agencies in responding to on-campus emergencies

Requires the Office of Emergency Services, in consultation with the State 9-1-1 Advisory Board, to determine data requirements for eligible school mapping programs, which must include the same parameters and security best practices as web-based or app-based school safety programs under Section 32280.5

Mandates that local educational agencies receiving grants select a school mapping data program in collaboration with local public safety agencies, including law enforcement, firefighting, and emergency services

Allows the Office of Emergency Services to use up to 5 percent of appropriated funds for administrative costs, with implementation contingent upon legislative appropriation in the Budget Act or other statute

Exempts sensitive tactical response information in school mapping data from public disclosure under the California Public Records Act to protect school safety
