Requires the Department of Housing and Community Development to refer up to 25 of the most severe alleged Mobilehome Residency Law violations per fiscal year to the Attorney General for enforcement action

Authorizes the Attorney General to arbitrate, mediate, negotiate, or pursue judicial remedies for referred mobilehome park violations

Allows funds from the Mobilehome Dispute Resolution Fund to be appropriated to both the department and the Attorney General for program implementation

Adds reporting requirements for the department's annual report to include Attorney General expenditures and the number of complaints referred to the Attorney General

Extends the Mobilehome Residency Law Protection Program's sunset date from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2030
