Directs the State Department of Public Health to develop and administer a drug-induced movement disorder awareness program by January 1, 2028, contingent upon appropriation of state or federal funds

Requires the program to provide evidence-based educational information on screening for and identifying symptoms of drug-induced movement disorders, including risk factors

Mandates education and outreach efforts to reduce stigma for people living with drug-induced movement disorders caused by medications used to treat mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depression

Allows the department to consult with the State Department of Health Care Services and the Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission in implementing the program
