Adds talent agents, talent managers, and talent coaches who provide services to minors to California's list of mandated reporters under the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act

Requires these entertainment industry professionals to report known or reasonably suspected child abuse or neglect when observed in their professional capacity

Failure to report constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in county jail, a fine of $1,000, or both

The act is officially named "The Child Abuse Mandated Entertainment Reporter Act" (CAMERA)

Includes contingency provisions to coordinate with related bills (SB 402 and SB 848) that also amend the mandated reporter statute
