Requires posting of notices at alcohol dispensing points informing customers that drink lids and drug test kits are available

Provides liability protection for licensees who follow manufacturer instructions for testing devices, including proper storage and expiration date compliance

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and sunsets January 1, 2029; violations are not criminal, with first violations resulting only in a warning from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control
