Requires the California Interagency Council on Homelessness to coordinate with LGBTQ+ community representatives, including housing providers, nonprofits, advocates, and researchers

Council must identify recommended policies and best practices for providing inclusive and culturally competent services to LGBTQ+ people experiencing homelessness

Recommendations must address education and training for culturally competent services, expanded data collection on LGBTQ+ needs, and prevention of discrimination, harassment, and violence in state homelessness programs

"State homelessness programs" defined as programs funded wholly or partly by the state to address or prevent homelessness or serve people experiencing homelessness

Council must submit a report on these recommendations to the Assembly Committee on Housing and Community Development and Senate Committee on Housing by July 1, 2027
