Authorizes California limited liability companies (LLCs) to present a certification of existence and authority to licensed escrow agents, real estate brokers, and title insurance companies to establish the LLC's current existence and identify who can act on its behalf

Requires the certification to include the LLC's legal name, formation jurisdiction, articles of organization filing date, good standing status, list of authorized signers, and signature authority requirements

Protects persons who rely on an LLC certification from liability if they act without actual knowledge that the representations are incorrect, and makes transactions entered into based on such reliance enforceable against LLC assets

Permits the certification to be recorded with the county recorder in any county where the LLC's real property is located, with the recorder authorized to charge fees to cover reasonable costs

Requires the certification to be in the form of an acknowledged declaration signed by all currently acting authorized signers of the LLC
