Licensed winegrowers can now obtain an "estate tasting event permit" ($200 annual fee, $100 per event) to hold wine tastings on adjacent property or non-adjacent vineyards they own, limited to 36 events per calendar year

Winegrowers and brandy manufacturers at branch offices or warehouses may store wine and top wine barrels without it being considered "production or manufacture," clarifying what activities are permitted at non-primary locations

Holders of both a winegrower's license and brandy manufacturer's license at the same premises (where one is master and one is branch) may store, age, conduct tastings, and sell for off-premises consumption

Beverage container redemption value labeling requirements for containers newly covered under the recycling act as of January 1, 2024 are extended from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026, with containers filled and labeled before July 1, 2025 permanently exempt

Machine-readable labels (QR codes, UPC codes) on beverage containers must now be at least ½ inch in size, and recyclable containers may use a chasing arrows symbol inside the label instead of the word "DEPOSIT"
