Authorizes $10 billion in general obligation bonds for affordable housing programs, to be placed on the June 2, 2026 statewide primary election ballot for voter approval

Allocates $5 billion to the Multifamily Housing Program, requiring at least 10% of assisted units be affordable to extremely low income households

Directs $1.7 billion to supportive housing through the Multifamily Housing Program, $1 billion to home ownership programs (CalHome and home purchase assistance), and $800 million to the Portfolio Reinvestment Program

Provides $500 million for acquisition and rehabilitation of unrestricted housing with new affordability restrictions, $400 million for the Infill Infrastructure Grant Program, and $350 million for the Joe Serna, Jr. Farmworker Housing Grant Program

Sets aside $250 million for a tribal housing program developed in consultation with tribes to help rebuild and reconstitute tribal communities
