Requires admitted insurers to notify residential property insurance policyholders at least annually that aerial images may be taken or obtained of their insured property, with the notice provided on a separate page in at least 14-point bold font

Prohibits insurers from basing coverage termination decisions (cancellation, nonrenewal, or reduction) on aerial images taken more than 180 days before the notice unless conditions are verified by in-person inspection or alternative verification within that timeframe

Mandates insurers provide aerial images to policyholders within 30 days upon request, and include any aerial image used in a termination decision along with the notice of that decision

Grants policyholders the right to dispute the accuracy of aerial images and request in-person physical inspections or alternative verification to confirm remediation before coverage termination takes effect

Provisions become operative on July 1, 2026
