Mandates that all public lands have 200-foot firebreaks on all borders with privately owned land by January 1, 2028

Requires assessments to include current vegetation management plans, activities being performed, frequency of management, and associated costs

When the state or local government acquires private undeveloped land, a fire prevention management plan and cost report must be created within one year of acquisition

All assessments and management plans must be posted on the respective agency's website, with local entities also submitting their information to the state department
