Creates an "architect-in-training" (AIT) title that candidates for licensure can use after passing at least one division of the architect licensing examination and being supervised by a licensed architect

Requires supervising architects to submit a form to the California Architects Board accepting responsibility for the AIT's work, and AITs must notify the board within 30 days if their supervisor changes

Limits use of the AIT title to 4 years after board approval, with the option to apply a second time if the person has passed an exam division within the preceding 4 years

Prohibits AITs from independently offering architectural services to the public, and violations may result in citations, discipline, or license denial

Provisions become operative January 1, 2027, with applications prohibited after January 1, 2033, and all provisions repealing on January 1, 2037
