Extends domain requirements to special districts, joint powers authorities, and other political subdivisions with a later deadline of January 1, 2031

Allows community college districts and community colleges to satisfy the requirements using a ".edu" domain name

Exempts K-12 public school districts from the domain requirements

Requires noncompliant entities to redirect their existing websites to compliant domain names by the applicable deadlines
