Requires local agencies to post on their websites: a checklist of conditions that make a property "substandard," notice about third-party code inspections, and (for jurisdictions over 30,000 population) a dashboard tracking permitting timelines

Local agencies must comply with website information requirements by March 31, 2028, with updates every four years thereafter

Applies to all cities including charter cities, as the Legislature declared this a matter of statewide concern
