For non-statewide elections, maintains notification deadline at 8 calendar days before certification and voter response deadline at 2 calendar days before certification

Allows elections officials to use vote by mail ballot drop boxes after elections to receive signature verification forms, with clear labeling that the boxes are not for accepting late ballots

Requires elections officials to add signatures from completed but untimely submitted unsigned identification statements to voter registration records for use in future elections if the signatures compare

Permits elections officials to conduct the official canvass for fewer than 6 hours per day when the only remaining ballots are those awaiting signature verification, provided certification deadlines can still be met
