Requires the Agricultural Labor Relations Board, Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and Division of Occupational Safety and Health to collaborate when receiving complaints from agricultural employees and transmit complaints to the appropriate entity for processing and investigation

Prohibits transmitting entities from disclosing the identity and personal information of agricultural employee complainants without their consent, to the extent prohibited by law

Defines "agricultural employee" as workers in agricultural occupations, those preparing agricultural products for market on the farm, or those handling products after harvest, as specified in Industrial Welfare Commission Wage Orders 8, 13, and 14

Implementation is contingent upon appropriation by the Legislature

Adds Section 57.2 to the Labor Code, effective upon the Governor's approval on October 11, 2025
